How much will it cost to ship my order?
For orders of 3 items or less, freight is charged at $8.
For orders of 4 products or more, freight is charges at $12.

All our product is shipped from Canberra. If you are ordering from overseas we do recommend that you check your
country's customs policy for the product you are ordering. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods that are
seized by customs in your own country. Likewise, we can accept no responsibility for any taxes or duties that may

What if I'm not home?
For our Australian customers, if there is no-one to accept delivery, our courier will take your package to the
nearest Australia Post office. Our courier will leave a card allowing you to collect your delivery at your
convenience. Your order will carry no indication of supplier and you will not need to mention the website in
order to pick-up your package.
